At the session “Understand PMBOK® 8 - Key Changes and PMP® Exam Implications” we had the opportunity to look at the latest changes in PMBOK® 8, presented by Darko Dimitrovski.
The new version of the PMBOK® shows once again that PMI actively follows global trends and adapts the profession to today’s needs. It is especially significant that an ever greater focus is placed on topics such as:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- adaptability and innovation
- the strategic role of project managers
- new competencies needed for the future
This is a clear signal that project management continues to evolve - and that we, as professionals, need to grow together with it. 🚀
