In this focused 2-hour session, we examined:

The session was designed for practicing project managers, future PMP® candidates, program and portfolio leaders, PMO professionals, and governance and compliance stakeholders. It was organised in collaboration between Konceptiv and PMI North Macedonia Chapter.

How it went

We held an excellent event dedicated to the future of project management. At the session “Understand PMBOK® 8 - Key Changes and PMP® Exam Implications” we had the opportunity to look at the latest changes in PMBOK® 8, presented by Darko Dimitrovski.

The new version of the PMBOK® shows once again that PMI actively follows global trends and adapts the profession to today’s needs. It is especially significant that an ever greater focus is placed on topics such as:

• new competencies needed for the future
