🚀 We are proud to kick off the PMI Regional Webinar Series together with our partners and the regional PMI community! 🌍

Yesterday’s session, organized in collaboration with PMI Romania Chapter and the partner chapters, featured our speaker Darko Dimitrovski with the topic: “Balancing AI-Driven Transformation and Sustainable Delivery”.

In a world where organizations are rapidly accelerating AI adoption and digital transformation, maintaining sustainable delivery, operational stability, and healthy organizational dynamics has become more important than ever.

Through practical insights and real-world perspectives, this session explored how project managers and leaders can successfully balance innovation, transformation, and long-term sustainability in an increasingly AI-driven environment.
