PMI North Macedonia Chapter opened the PM Regional Webinar Series “Semi Marathon”, led by PMI Romania Chapter together with partner PMI chapters from the region.
Day 1 - Monday, 25 May 2026, 18:00: Marjan Gjorgjiev, “Sustainability Beyond Technology: Leading International IT Projects with Purpose”. When we talk about IT projects, it is easy to focus solely on code, infrastructure and delivery - but how do we lead these global projects with a deeper, sustainable purpose? Marjan explored how to look beyond the technology itself and integrate sustainability into the core strategy of international IT management.
Marjan Gjorgjiev is an experienced global delivery leader specialising in enterprise transformation programmes, with more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale international initiatives across technology and business domains.

Within the series, Darko Dimitrovski represented the chapter with the session “Balancing AI-Driven Transformation and Sustainable Delivery” - on how project managers and leaders can successfully balance innovation, transformation and long-term sustainability in an increasingly AI-driven environment.
