With over 15 years of experience leading complex transformation programs across energy, telecom, media, IT, and government, Mirjana has delivered impactful results in both internal and client-facing environments. Her expertise includes strategic delivery, e-government innovation, and cross-sector digitalization. From establishing PMOs and TMOs to managing EU-funded projects and international collaborations, Mirjana is a recognized leader in building high-performing, cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
