Beyond the Transformation: discovering challenges for transformative organizational change

The Project Management Association, PMI Serbia Chapter, organized its tenth annual conference on May 25, 2023, on the topic of organizational transformation and the consequences that had brought us: post-covid and anti-globalization trends, work with generation Z, artificial intelligence, digitization, what the general challenges were in organizational transformations, and what the role of the project manager was in them.

Among other things, we discussed how artificial intelligence would affect project management, the role of project managers in strategic and operational business transformation, which business skills corresponded to these new challenges, and we also mentioned innovations that were making a big turn in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors.
